Offer

Consultation

For custom home and remodel projects we set up an initial consultation to discuss the scope of the project. This meeting typically is 1-3 hours.

Design Boards & 3D Renderings

This is where the fun begins! In this phase, we will start creating your design boards and 3D renderings. We will set up in-person design meetings for material selections such as tile, cabinetry, hardware, lighting, appliances, and furnishings.

Construction

Throughout the construction process we will schedule in person site visits with the general contractor to oversee the fine details of the design plan.

Contract & GC

The next step in the process is to meet with your architect and general contractor to finalize building plans. After the plans and initial budget are finalized we will send you a contract and start working on your project!

FF&E Plan

We provide a detailed FF&E plan for the general contractor/ builder that specifies all selections on a collaborative document to ensure all design plans are installed properly.

Installation

After the construction process is completed, we will schedule installation, where our design team comes in and fully furnishes and decorates the space.
