Madison Gardner is a wife, mom of three, real estate agent, and faith-driven designer with a deep love for all things home. Madison's passion lies in helping clients see the potential in every space and bringing to life the beauty and design of a home. Rooted in the belief that a home should feel as good as it looks, our design philosophy is dedicated to creating environments that brim with light, peace, and intention.
Rachel Colburn
Lead designer and purchasing manager.
Rachel joined Brim Interiors shortly after it was established as a lead designer and co-owner of our online storefront. Her background in design and marketing has helped curate our unique catalog of furnishings and decor that is tailored specific to our design aesthetic. Outside of creating beautiful spaces, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and four wonderful children.

Marketing and content creator.
Nicole is a seasoned marketing professional with over twelve years of experience, including six years working in the homebuilding industry. Her background partnering with builders, designers, and creative brands gives her a unique perspective on how great design and thoughtful storytelling come together to shape the way people experience home.
Although marketing is her expertise, interior design has always been a hobby — a creative outlet that inspires her both personally and professionally. At Brim Interiors, she blends her strategic skillset with her love for beautiful, intentional spaces.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and two children, enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
